British Airways has won an injucntion at the High Court in London to block the proposed strike arranegd by UNIT the trade Union representing the 1000's workers. This will come as good news to travellers and bad neds to the Union who lost a similar court dispute only recently.

Travellers affected until now may be entitled to claim Flight delay Compensation (http://www.claimsfinancial.co.uk/flight-delay-compensation.aspx) which would include out of pocket expenses and refunds of flight tickets.
