Parking Fine High Court decision awaited

If you are anything like me you have paid £100's in parking fines (those ghastly yellow tickets), going back 6 years.

The High Court is expected to rule that they are unfair in that the 'punishment' was handed out without us being 'convicted'...I.e innocent till proven guilty and there has been no trial!
