It would be really nice to have a section for success stories, and for you to share your experience with others who are in the process of claiming back their bank charges.
Please don't give us any personal information which could identify you, but it would be nice to know:
- The Bank that you claimed against
- The amount that you claimed for
- The amount you received back
- A rough timescale of events (no dates needed, just number of days between each step), and whether or not you went to court
Obviously its up to you how much information you give us, the above is a rough guide, but even just the name of the bank and the amount received back would be great!
